About the opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer and Operations Officer to join our team! In this vital role, you’ll help keep our organisation running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative, data, customer service, fleet, and facilities support.
Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key part in planning, data capture, and reporting that supports business insights and organisational performance.
As a valued member of the Performance, Planning and Operations team, you’ll ensure both our front- and back-of-house operations run seamlessly. From delivering professional reception and administrative support to helping coordinate our fleet operations and facilities management, you’ll help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for everyone.

About you - Key Selection Criteria:

  • Qualification or relevant experience in a similar role relating to Fleet Management, Facilities, Procurement and/or Administration.
  • Previous employment in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience in data entry and reporting.
  • A collaborative and positive working style and an ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Excellent time management skills, including capacity to prioritise workload.
  • Familiarity with a range of financial and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a learning culture and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain effective relationships / partnerships with other agencies and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and responsively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team on own initiative, demonstrating resourcefulness and managing competing priorities.
  • Personal values consistent with the values of the organisation.
  • A current driver’s license or equivalent.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or equivalent.
